@HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

@HSBC_UK how can I raise a complaint? We’re trying to open up a joint savings acc as existing custs and you don’t offer the service via telephone and some of your sub serviced branches. Cant get an app for April or mid May in my full services local branch? How poor is that!!

@HSBC_UK Kudos for making my mum cry by locking her out of phone banking for not knowing a 2-digit PIN she's not used (she's previously used her voice for security) and not having a mental f***ing ledger of her transactions. She's 80, registered blind and a customer of 30+ yrs.

@HalfLoon @HSBC_UK Ha ha thanks! I spent a very frustating half an hour on the phone with them, in which they kept repeating that the option should be there when it clearly wasn't. Many people on here with the same complaint, they refuse to accept there's an issue.

@HSBC_UK I just happened to open new account. Had some queries so I dialed up your customer care. It’s a painful process, 3 reps were not even bothered and disconnected. It’s been 2 hours on the call and it’s my business hours.

@julesjules77 @HSBC_UK Don't waste your time on a DM with them. Zero help. After them repeating what *should* happen and ignoring what *is* happening (or isn't happening) you'll be told to ring their call centre anyway.
